All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be compiled and published in the official conference proceedings with a registered ISBN number.

Selected high quality full papers may be considered for publication in SCOPUS indexed Proceedings / Special issue journal, subject to publisher's policy and acceptance.

Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

  • Extended Abstract: Initial submissions must consist of an extended abstract up to 800 words, detailing the methodology, findings, and relevance to selected themes.

  • Double-Blind Peer Review: All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process supervised by the international technical committee.

  • Plagiarism Threshold: Submissions must exhibit original content. Similarity indexes above 15% will be automatically rejected.

  • Formatting: Final manuscripts should adhere to the prescribed template. Extended abstracts and links to drive documents must be shared via this submission portal.
